Each flower is pressed by hand using carved teakwood blocks in the Sanganer tradition of Rajasthan, and the soft variation in pigment from press to press is the signature of true craft.

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at care@threadkalaa.com (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM IST) with your order number, defect photos, and an unboxing video that starts on the sealed parcel (mandatory).
2. Replacement is subject to stock availability; full refund if unavailable.
3. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method — your bank typically processes them in 5–7 business days.
5. For approved defect / damage / wrong-item claims, Thread Kalaa covers reverse-shipping.

Will my bedsheet look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is hand-pressed, so small variations in colour, alignment, and motif placement are natural. The photos capture the overall design — your sheet will carry its own subtle character.

Will the colours bleed?

We use azo-free, skin-safe dyes. Light bleeding is normal during the first 2–3 washes — the first-wash rock-salt ritual described in our care instructions locks in the dye.

Can I machine-wash this?

Yes — gentle cycle, cold water, mild detergent. No tumble drying. No bleach. Iron on the reverse at low-to-medium heat.

Which mattress size does 90 × 108 fit?

It fits Double, Queen, and King mattresses with a comfortable tuck-in margin. For Super King, use the Size Guide on this page to confirm your specific dimensions.
