Products & Availability

• All products are hand block printed in small batches. Slight variations in color, motif spacing, print sharpness, and hand-finished edges are natural to the craft and are not defects.
• Product photographs on the site are shot as accurately as possible; however, the exact shade you see may vary slightly depending on your screen.
• Availability is not guaranteed. If a product goes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and process a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers, and discounts may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at checkout.
• We accept payments through UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery, processed via secure third-party gateways (GoKwik, Razorpay).
• We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Threadkalaa reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion — for example, in case of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or delivery to unserviceable areas. Where an order is not accepted, any amount paid is refunded in full within 5–7 working days.
