Shipping policy

At Threadkalaa, every parcel leaves our studio in Pune with the same care we put into printing it. This page explains how we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect after you place an order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across India. For orders outside India, please write to care@threadkalaa.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8530319301 — we'll share a quote based on your location and preferred courier.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹1,499 within India.
• Orders below ₹1,499 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹199, shown at checkout.
• International shipping is quoted on request.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
• Standard delivery within India: 4–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your pin code.
• Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes can take a day or two longer.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email and WhatsApp you a tracking link with the courier partner's name and AWB number. You can also reply to that message anytime for a status update.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Very occasionally, delivery timelines can be affected by weather, strikes, courier disruptions, or events outside our and our courier partner's control. In such cases, we will proactively keep you informed and share a revised estimate.

Undelivered / Failed Deliveries

• Please share a complete, correct shipping address — incorrect addresses can lead to a failed delivery.
• If the courier attempts delivery twice and the parcel is returned to us as "undelivered" or "refused", the order will not be eligible for a refund or free re-shipment. A fresh dispatch will require the shipping fee to be paid again.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. If there's an error in your order or address, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to help.
