At Threadkalaa, every parcel we ship is handled with the same care we put into printing it. This policy explains where we ship, how we charge, and what to expect after you place an order.

Where We Ship

Within India — direct checkout on our site, all pin codes serviceable.

International (worldwide) — we ship to the UK, USA, Canada, EU, Australia, UAE, Singapore and more. Displayed rates are estimates based on standard parcel size and metro-area delivery. For oversized orders or remote / non-metro locations, our team will reach out via WhatsApp with the exact rate before dispatch — you confirm before we charge.

Shipping Charges

Within India

• Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹1,499.
• Orders below ₹1,499 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹199, shown at checkout.

International

• Freight is quoted based on destination, parcel weight, and courier partner (typically DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex).

Dispatch

Orders ship within 2–3 business days from our Jaipur studio.

Tracking
